As part of the New York City Mayor’s Office of Operations, the Accelerator + Connect unit uses policy, management and technical expertise to help produce better outcomes for residents.
As part of this unit, the Innovation and Design Team works with policy teams, City agencies, community-based organizations, and end users to analyze needs and opportunities and turn them into actionable digital services than can be designed, prototyped, tested, and developed.
